Any passengers weighing over 220 lbs will require a Mandatory Comfort Seat for aircraft balancing purposes. 50% additional fee to regular tour cost, per passenger. NO WAIVERS, NO FLIGHT! -All passengers MUST submit online waiver sent by email, 48 hours BEFORE helicopter tour time (if booked for the next or same day, MUST submit immediately). If it’s not received on time, the tour will be cancelled, no refunds. -Each passenger MUST watch our Safety Briefing video before arrival to your helicopter tour -All passengers MUST arrive 15 minutes before tour time.
