This review is for my Bayskate experience at The Hangar. My friends and I decided to check this out after seeing the many advertisements online - especially due to the fact this particular Sunday was a Prince-themed skate with DJ Hotpantz (former DJ at Gramps

Very nice event venue right off the bay and near Miami City Hall. It features a charming courtyard and a unique historic atmosphere. The building was originally the hangar for Pan American seaplanes in the 1920s, which adds a lot of character and makes it a special place for events. The space is very large (over 20,000 ft²), which is great for big events. However, the air conditioning did not work 100%, which can make it a bit warm depending on the weather. Parking Could be an issue. Get to the event early..
