Solid choice if you know what you're booking. This is a Tru, so the rooms are compact and there's no real closet, but everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains actually work. The free hot breakfast is better than most in this category and the gym punches above its weight, with a Peloton and proper free weights. Front desk staff made the difference. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. The pool has a nice view of the downtown skyline. Two things to plan around: there's no bar or restaurant on site, and parking is paid valet only. Also note it's West Brickell, so figure a 15 to 20 minute walk to Brickell City Centre. For the price point and location, hard to beat. Would stay again.
I stayed their June 2026 for both business and personal. I wanted to be close to Brickell and this West Brickell location was great. Close but didn't have to deal with the downtown Brickell area and those hotels a more expensive. The manager Hasan Asad provided excellent customer service. He is very pleasant and friendly making the stay more enjoyable. Both he and Ruth were very helpful with information about the area. They only have Valet parking, but cars comes quickly, so no issue there. I would definitely stay again when I need to be near Brickell again.
We stayed here for one night before our cruise. The room was very clean, air conditioner worked GREAT, front desk was very friendly and explained everything during check-in. Bed was very comfortable as well! Breakfast was good also! Would definitely recommend and would return! :)
We came from Orlando for the best of the best concert in Miami memorial Day weekend. Here's the gag and nobody tells you. Incidentals was $45 a night. There is no I repeat no on-site parking valet only. That's $35 a night 24/7 valet in which they'll gladly take from your $45 a night incidental fee. Street parking in front and around the hotel it's $3.85 an hour with the max of 10 hours. Is through an app you have to download there is absolutely no parking that doesn't cost. That would have been useful information for me before I booked this hotel. I never stayed at a hotel who didn't have some sort of free parking even if it was street parking. On a better note they do serve you a hot breakfast included pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal and yogurt. There's also pool table in the lobby that was unexpected fun.I wouldn't even say the staff was necessarily friendly but if you have a question they'll answer it I mean they're not rude but customer service could be better. Overall 7 out of 10.
Stayed here while I was in Miami apartment hunting, and it ended up being a really great home base during a busy trip. Hasan, one of the managers, really stood out—professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. When I needed to extend my stay last minute, he made the process quick and seamless, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. Valet was also prompt and made coming and going easy. Great city and pool views from my room, and the location was perfect for getting around to different neighborhoods. Would definitely stay here again.
