I had such a wonderful stay at The Plymouth Hotel, and one of the biggest reasons was Igiann. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcomed. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about creating a great guest experience, but Igiann did exactly that. She was always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service made my trip to Miami even more memorable. Employees like Igiann are the reason guests want to come back. She is an incredible asset to The Plymouth Hotel, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Igiann, for your kindness and for making my stay so special. I can’t wait to return!

For me, this hotel is somewhere in the middle segment. It isn’t particularly exciting or contemporary, but it is still a pleasant place to stay. It is small and has a historical charm. The rooms are quite compact, bathroom is more comfortable in terms of size, very small wardrobe in the room. The benefit is a great coffee machine with delicious Illy coffee in the room. ❤️ Breakfasts are not in the hotel, other restaurant. 3 minutes away. Lobby is small, but kind of pretty, with historical southern touches. I enjoyed sushi very much and lychee cocktail 🍸 at the restaurant downstairs. The bartender (didn’t remember his name unfortunately) is on the top there 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I checked in to this beautiful classic Hotel and everyone was very helpful. A special thanks to Ana Fandino, the Recreational Manager who greeted and took care of us in such a warm way. She made sure our suitcases were stored untill our room was ready, gave us a tour by the swimming pool and personally walked us to the beach to make sure we were well looked after. This is the kind of person who really makes us feel wanted during our stays! Well done! 👏

We had such a wonderful stay at the Plymouth Hotel! The entire experience felt special from start to finish. The pool bartender was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the best drinks while creating such a fun, relaxed atmosphere by the pool. The sushi was also outstanding and easily one of the highlights of our stay. To make things even more memorable, the manager surprised me for my birthday with a cabana by the pool and a bottle of wine waiting in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly made the trip feel extra special. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!
