Beautiful vintage boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Carlos at the front desk was kind and service was top notch. Was more than happy to accommodate an early check-in so my partner and I could enjoy walking around the city. The rooms are clean and stylish, the beds comfortable. This location is amazing and about a five-minute walk to the beach. Definitely will be staying here again.

Olga up front was amazing! She handled all the large crowd with such hospitality and patience. She is extremely valuable asset! A few guest were difficult in front of us and she made them happy and made us happy :) thank you - For the price and the entrance to the pool events on the weekends we think it’s worth it! Small small rooms but perfect for us for a few days. Staff at the restaurant was great! Micheal was great as the place got crowded for the game.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Initially, we were hesitant to book a vintage hotel but the decor is whimsical and allowed for great photos. The room was small but clean and cozy, and functional for those who are simply in the area for leisure. Our room was on the seventh floor and facing the pool, however, we barely heard any noise. Due to the room size, I would only recommend this hotel to solo travelers and couples. The hotel is very close to Ocean Drive and 20 minutes away from the local airport. It's important to know that the hotel hosts adult pool parties on the weekends, so hotel guests are only able to lounge freely at the pool until 12 p.m. Echoing previous guests, more seats should be available for hotel guests at the pool and the seats should't be in the far back of the pool area. Also, the walkway of the pool area needs to be deep cleaned.

Rooms are definitely on the small side, but to be fair, you know what you’re signing up for when you book here. They’re not as bad as people make out — the real shame is the lack of a balcony, which would make a huge difference. The location is fantastic. You’re right in the middle of everything in South Beach, so no complaints there. The resort fee perks are actually decent: pool party entry included, plus bike hire and beach chairs, which is a nice touch. My biggest issue — and the thing that genuinely affected our trip — was the ridiculous deposit taken at check‑in. We expected the resort fees, but not the extra $100 per night on top. For a 5‑night stay, we had to hand over $750 before even getting to our room. Yes, you get it back eventually, but that doesn’t help when you’re actually in Miami and suddenly missing a big chunk of your spending money. It definitely took the shine off the trip. Great location, fun vibe, but the deposit situation needs sorting.
