We stayed at The Elser Hotel for one night before our cruise, and it was a fantastic experience! When we arrived, their computer systems happened to be down, but it was only a short wait before everything was back up and running. Even with a packed lobby, the staff remained friendly, professional, and handled everything with a smile, which we really appreciated. We had originally booked a two-bedroom suite with an ocean view, but at check-in we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a three-bedroom suite with a city view. We happily accepted, and it definitely did not disappoint! The suite was beautiful, spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. The wraparound balcony was one of our favorite features—it offered amazing city views along with a partial ocean view, so it really felt like we got the best of both worlds. We also spent some time enjoying the pool area and the bar, and both were excellent. The entire property felt clean, upscale, and well maintained. Overall, this was a wonderful start to our vacation. The staff made us feel welcome, the unexpected room upgrade was a huge bonus, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely stay at The Elser Hotel again the next time I'm in Miami!
The Elser Hotel truly delivered an amazing experience during my recent stay! The exceptional service started right when I walked in and continued until the very end. It was so easy to get in touch with the hotel for any room needs, and they made the transition effortless by assisting with my luggage. The location couldn't have been better! I was able to walk to everything, and the views were simply stunning. Plus, the food and drinks at the pool deck were perfect and served promptly. I honestly have no complaints and would absolutely recommend staying here!
I had a great stay at The Elser Hotel Miami. The room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Everything felt modern and comfortable, and the location was excellent close to everything and very convenient for getting around Miami. The staff was friendly and professional, and the lobby area was beautiful and always clean. The room was stocked with snacks, drinks, and other amenities, which was a nice touch. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. The only issues were that the elevators can take quite a while to arrive, especially during busy times, and there was occasionally a trash odor near the elevator area at my floor. Other than that, everything was perfect.
The location couldn’t have been better for sightseeing and exploring Miami. Bayside is right across the street, and everything we wanted to visit was just a short walk away. The hotel itself is fantastic. Our room was huge, beautifully designed, and offered an incredible view overlooking the port and Brickell. Having a full kitchen was a great bonus. The fitness center was excellent, and the rooftop pool was a highlight, complete with a small restaurant right beside it. During our check in Fabian was very welcoming and big help. I would like to thank the staff for the environment.
