I wanna say a big thank you for all the front desk staffs in this hotel. Jessica and her team made me so welcomed while I was staying here for a month. The hotel has a great location, you can go to downtown easily or to the beach. Staying away from the busiest area make the sleep quality very good, the hotel is nice and quiet. Rooms are cozy and clean. They have 3 shift of staffs, meaning there is always someone helping you if you need. I really enjoyed the staying and highly recommended. The price are reasonable unlike the other hotels, no hiding fee at all, no those ridiculous resort fee, just 1 dollar security deposit. Overall I liked it.
Hear me out. The rooms are not equipped. They are not special. They are beds in a room with a tv that has a bunch of channels to watch. What the room does have is EPIC aircon, the room was chilly and perfect for sleeping. The roof terrace is awesome. All they need up there is a tv and I’d have stayed a lot longer there. The road outside is annoying as it’s BEEP BEEP BEEP bloody annoying. The location is fantastic. Minutes from the beach and ocean drive, shops and food options on your door step and a bus link right outside. I’d recommend this place if you want no thrills, good aircon and the best location for a great price.
We had a great stay here in the King Suite as an AIRBNB! Camilo was great help and offered great customer service at the front desk. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Miami. The rooftop was a great place to people watch and the restaurant was a nice atmosphere, the hostess was nice to us as well. We didn’t eat there but the menu looked great and they were busy with customers.
The property felt underwhelming for even a short stay. While I only stayed one night, the experience didn’t stand out in a good way. The night auditor, Camilo, was polite enough, but that alone couldn’t make up for the other drawbacks. Although it’s within walking distance of the beach and restaurants in South Beach, the lack of included parking is inconvenient—having to pay $20 for a nearby garage or $45 for valet adds up quickl
It was such a nice hotel. Not too big, not overwhelming even though it’s in the center of Miami Beach. Clean rooms and the service was excellent as well. The receptionists were nice and helpful. The emplacement was just perfect, close to both the beach and nice little restaurants. The best hotel I’ve ever been to.
