We stayed one night March 21, 2026. A GREAT place to stay. Rooms a little worn but decore was great, very spacious, king bed awesome and we liked the location. Really enjoyed the pool om the roof - small but perfect enough! Very walkable to the Ocean Blvd strip. Best of all was the incredible staff. Shout out to Aylen who greeted us on arrival - she went WAY out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. When we asked for a bar with a TV (their TV volume wasnt working) as we wanted to watch the Michigan basketball game, she even walked us across the street herself to show us where to go - she was amazing!!. Shout out to Alice as well - wonderful bartender!! and to Andrew who was working the later shift at the desk. When we arrived the chairs were all piled up in the dining room and it looked a little like a storage area - but when we got back to the hotel later in the evening the restaurant, bar and outdoor patio was packed! and it was beautiful - amazing transformation! I would give it 5 stars overall except as said, the room needed a bit of love. Compared to prices at some of the other hotels this was great value for the money (in our current climate........)
We had an AMAZING stay over the Christmas break. Their staff is their secret sauce (everyone was polite, professional, and personable). Their location one block away from the beach is a huge bonus, and the property is comfortable (we had a balcony in our room and took advantage of the beautiful rooftop pool). We are an active couple, so we were out and about pretty early in the day and didn’t get back in until about midnight. We dined at the steakhouse twice, as well as big pink, and enjoyed. My partner knows the owner, as he used to work at one of their establishments, so it was great to see the camaraderie between former colleagues. No complaints, would book again.
I recently booked a stay at the prime hotel. I could not wait to stay here according to the pictures it looked really nice. The room they put me in had a horrible leak from the ceiling. I found out going to the bathroom over night and falling in a large amount of water. I’m not the type to complain but I was scared of an elder person would have experienced that it would have been critical. The manager moved me into another room and offered a refund for the deposit and parking. That was three weeks ago. I’m still waiting on the refund. I always feel like I’m the one that’s in the wrong when I’m trying to explain things to front desk. They can be a little pushy. Just be mindful when booking. Customer service is not top notch.
We had a fantastic 5 night stay here. We lived in South Beach for several years and love this location. The staff is incredible - they are kind, helpful, and understanding. We took a red eye and arrived very early - their team held our bags for us and allowed us to check in around 10am. This is a boutique hotel, with clean rooms that are large, well laid out (desk, space for luggage, storage in closet, safe, etc) and the balcony was a great space for us to enjoy. The rooftop pool and loungers were comfortable and clean. I also have to add - the bed in our hotel room was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on. I wished I asked what it was so I could get it for my house! Thank you Prime Hotel for a fantastic stay.
