What can I say? The staff were very professional. There was a park just around the corner. Great view of the bay and cruise ships. The room was clean and accessible. All in all, a nice stay!
We had a great stay at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay! A big shout-out to Joe at the pool bar, he was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and made hanging out by the pool even more enjoyable. We also had dinner at Gold Coast, and our server, Olbert, was super helpful and knowledgeable. He gave great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We also want to recognize Carlos, the manager, who was always attentive and cordial. It was clear he genuinely cares about both the guests and his team, and we constantly saw him helping out and making sure everything was running smoothly.
This hotel needs more stars! I only stay at Marriott hotels and this one was exceptional. I truly had an excellent stay. Service was top notch. I can’t say enough kind things about Alex. He upgraded my room and I was blown away by the view. The recent renovations are great. I will definitely be back to this location.
