We stayed at the Hyatt for a holiday weekend and had a great experience overall. Shanika helped us at checkin after there was some confusion with another guest, and she handled it quickly and professionally. She also assisted us with a few other things during our stay, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself felt new and very well kept. The rooms looked great, and we especially liked the dual rain shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was also tasty...we tried the avocado toast and a breakfast wrap, and both were good. The only thing to note is that valet parking can take a little time, especially on a busy holiday weekend. It may be worth comparing the valet cost with the public garage across the street. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would recommend this hotel.
I travel a lot and this hotel is by far has the best service I’ve EVER EXPERIENCED!! Everyone was soooo nice and the front desk went above and beyond what any others have to make sure we had a great spring break with the kids. From the welcome to the sunglasses to even offering to come get our noodles and heat it up when o asked where the microwaves were!! NO ONE DOES THAT! Cheers and we’ll be back! (03/17/2026)
First and foremost - the staff is incredibely friendly and helpful. To highlight are definitively Franz, Zach and Berry from the reception team. Another positiv aspect is that the beds are quite comfortable and the location is convinient. But this is about where it ends. The rooms are small and already rocked down as well as dirty. The housekeeping service was done within 2 minutes each day, the floor was not cleaned once during my 6 night stay and the Linen on the bed were also never changed. It were also the small things which is unbeliveable to me - there is a soap bar in the room but no soap dish. So I‘ve used one of the Glasses which are normally for mouth Hygiene products and Nobody ever took the liberty to bring a proper soap dish. The first three nights they didn‘t even clean the Glass. There were hairs in the shower who didnt belong to me… Breakfast, even though it was included, I only used once. Truly a bad experience. I could go on, but you get what I‘m trying to say. Would not stay another time.
Decent value for the area. Pool was quiet and we almost had it to ourselves for parts of all three days of our stay. Staff were super pleasant and accommodating to all needs. Excellent proximity to the beach and Ocean Ave.
This was a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities, location but the best part was the service. While everyone was great, we’d really like to shout out the night auditor who worked during our stay. We unfortunately didn’t get his name but we needed something at 4am and we went to the lobby to ask where to get ice, he took it upon ourself to hustle and get it for us and helped with other things we needed as well. He is one of the best colleagues we have experienced in a long time, make sure you keep him around!!
