We stayed here the 24-26th in july before boarding a cruise ,Rushon was extremely zesty and sassy he had a terrible attitude his poor customer service over the phone prior to my family's stay lead to a miscommunication at the location if you don't understand what I'm asking why just say "yeah that's fine" ? He was grouchy abd seemed already upset after talking with him he walked off as if he was gone I made a few jokes about our interaction with the 2 reps at the front desk he jumped out from behind the wall as if to confront me about what I said dude was insane 1 ete brow raised like the rock a real maniac the woman working front desk actually gave me 2 free drinks for the situation that was nice of her the location was perfect very clean only real problem was Rushon idk what his problem is but he needs to control his emotions and behavior nothing worse than a knat that keeps flying around you when you're trying to chill overall I'd recommend tbis stay just minus the interaction with him
Our stay was very nice. We booked this location for our 10 year anniversary. The location, the great pool & restaurant being top 25. Although the pool was closed our entire stay we didn't get the luxury of relaxing and experiencing the amazing view of the 19th floor. We explored the city of Miami and it was nice. The hotel was safe, easy to book ubers, and a popular food market next door. We will definitely visit again.
I absolutely loved my experience at this hotel! Highly recommend. The service was impeccable - anything we needed was promptly delivered, the room was beautiful and balcony view was gorgeous, staff was just the kindest people. We appreciated the staff so much - Alina, Donisha and Zev made our stay so enjoyable and easy! Also the restaurant on the 2nd had delicious food, we loved the steak! We will definitely be coming back.
I’m so happy I had the chance to experience Hyatt Centric Brickell once again, and it was just as incredible as last time. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by the kindest staff, and that warmth continues throughout the entire stay. The service is truly exceptional, always attentive, thoughtful, and delivered with a genuine smile. The front desk ladies and gentlemen are some of the most amazing people you will meet. They go above and beyond to make you feel taken care of and at home. They even surprised us with drink vouchers during our stay, and I have to say their Chismosa drink is AMAZING. Such a fun and thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. I was genuinely so sad to leave, but already looking forward to coming back. Everything about this hotel, from the experience to the atmosphere, is handled with so much care. It is always such a pleasure staying here.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable — plenty of space to relax after a long day. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options and something for everyone. The location is convenient, and everything feels well maintained. Overall, a really pleasant experience — I’d definitely stay here again!
