⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) The room was clean and nicely maintained, and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary wine at check-in was a nice touch, and the location is convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, there were several downsides. The room doors open directly to the outside, and it was extremely noisy at night—I could hear people until around 3:00 a.m., which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The beds are also very low to the ground, which may not be comfortable for everyone. The pool was much smaller than expected and is barely large enough to be considered a pool. Overall, the hotel has some positives, especially the staff, cleanliness, and location, but the noise and small pool made it hard to fully enjoy the stay.
We stayed at Hotel Greystone for three days and had a really pleasant experience overall. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the room was always very clean and comfortable. Although we experienced a issue during our stay, it was handled professionally in the end. At checkout, Julie provided us with a very satisfying solution, and we truly appreciated her help and kindness. Thank you to the team for making our trip enjoyable — we would definitely consider staying here again!
The staff were great here! Friendly, helpful and hardworking. My favorite was Marco at the front desk when you enter the beautiful foyer! I mentioned a few minor things in the room and he accommodated me beyond my expectations. The rooms are updated, luxurious and very clean. If you’re seeking an adults only stay with a luxury experience for a great price, Hotel Greystone is definitely worth a shot!
The hotel exceeded my expectations, I was in room 306 and the room was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean! Marcos, Donielle, and Julie were fantastic! The check in was seamless! I also had a delivery sent to the hotel I was able to get that with ease! The pool was nice and the location was convenient and across the street from cvs that had all your last minute needs. Hotel was walking distance to many restaurants and about a 15min walk to ocean drive! I would choose to stay at this hotel again solely off the great customer service and room!
We stayed 2 nights at hotel greystone before a cruise. The hotel was super clean and cozy. The staff was super friendly and being able to text the front desk for needs made our stay even easier. Room was small but very clean. We were on the first floor but could hear the traffic and customers at the cafe. They do supply ear plugs!! There was a big gap between the door and frame which could be why. The soap and shampoo are amazing. The location to the beach is very nice - and the beach chairs. We would have used the roof top bar more but they closed too early. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Also. The cvs across the road was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
