This is one of my favorite hotels! Very elegant and comfortable with a beautiful swimming pool and a fun game room with sofas, swinging seats, games, large screen TVs, pool table, etc + fabulous breakfast each morning! The location on Miracle Mile & Aragon is perfect so you can walk everywhere!👏⛲️🌸🎊
We have stayed at Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables several times, and we absolutely love it. Although we do not get to visit as often as we would like, we always return whenever we have the opportunity. The hotel has a beautiful colonial charm that reminds us of Spain. The architecture is stunning, the location is unbeatable, and the entire property has such a warm and welcoming energy. A very special thank you to Humberto for his outstanding customer service. What made our visit even more special was that he remembered us from our previous stays. That thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. He is always kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely goes above and beyond. We always look forward to returning and highly recommend Hotel Colonnade to anyone visiting Coral Gables.
Excellent Hotel and Staff! We always stay at Hotel Colonnade whenever we visit Coral Gables and Miami, and this stay was another outstanding experience. Michelle Harris Bell and the entire front desk team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our rooms were clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was beautiful and well maintained, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. What made this visit especially memorable was the effort the staff put into helping us celebrate my wife's birthday. They made the occasion truly special. We had three rooms reserved, and the hotel was able to place all of them close together, which made our family gathering much more convenient and enjoyable. Thank you to Michelle and the entire Hotel Colonnade team for another wonderful stay. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Coral Gables and Miami.
After extensive research my wife found this hotel after reading the reviews. The experience did not disappoint. It was quite simply superb, especially the customer service. Nick at the front desk was outstanding along with Humberto and Xavier working in the lobby bar was great. The hotel and facilities were excellent along with all the staff being friendly, courteous and professional. When we're back in the Miami area there is no doubt we would make this the number one choice. How other people in the industry could learn from this exceptional team!
Location, location, location! The Colonnade is situated perfectly in the heart of all the Coral Gables restaurants. Beautiful hotel with immaculate pool area. Truly an awe inspiring architectural treasure from a bygone era! We were greeted by very enthusiastic and friendly valet - $46/day, worth it for the convenience as we were coming and going a lot. The front desk has the friendliest staff Ive ever met, led by Nick (and Umberto). He gave us a champagne welcome toast, and informed us of everything the hotel has to offer. Said we get a $15 credit at the bar to use every night we are at the hotel, which sadly, we never used. Handed us some waters and sent us up to our room. We needed an extra fridge, so he sent that up as well. The tv had a line down the center of it, and they quickly sent guys up with a new tv. Service is impeccable at this resort and I won't hesitate to recommend and stay here again!
