came here for a quick stop after my cruise. needed somewhere to crash until my flight came later in the evening. the lady at the front desk was so great! she did her best to accommodate me and i truly appreciate that. the rooms were OK but could have been cleaned better. floor was dusty
There was a couple of cleaning notes on the floors of the room, but the beds were nice and clean. Great air conditioning and comfortable beds. For the price, it does the job well.
The location was great. I didn’t understand why if you stayed under seven days how to do your own housekeeping make your own beds and all that I just had surgery so we had to keep on going downstairs and exchanging everything ourselves and carrying the stuff back up. The breakfast is the same every day. It’s not actual breakfast. It’s like muffins and granola bars.
This is not the place to be if you want to have any kind of peace and quiet! The staff is not the issue so much at all. The hotel itself is just loud noisy, the doors slam really hard, it’s either freezing or it’s hot and humid. They don’t have very well amenities or space to allow for comfortable cooking or anything. It’s dirty all over especially with the floors being wood so dust and debris just swoops on inside. Internet??? Well it sort of works so if you think you can stay here for business-good luck. All in all not a place to stay for good vacationing at all.
We came in on a horrible flight, lost our luggage and after almost 22 hours at an airport, Andres was the one to greet us and checked us in. With our experience from our flight he was so helpful and kind. The staff has been great and very responsive if we needed anything. Our only complaint would be the water pressure. You do need to request all items for kitchen but thats a simple request and they respond quickly. They give a lil breakfast that worked great for us. We would definitely stay here again. For the cost of stay, hotel matched its value of stay. Its not a luxury hotel but it definitely is perfect for our trip
