Customer service above on the call of duty. We came in on a late Thursday evening. Got ourselves checked in into our room, just to find out it was not quite what we wanted. The following day, I approach the front desk and ask the front desk, ladies Ashley and Daylen if they could upgrade our room due to our Marriott Membership status. It was a long shot and I truly was not expecting anything. The ladies quickly let the supervisor on duty named Timothy know about the matter, which he quickly decided without hesitation, to upgrade us to a much bigger and Comfortable room. The truth of the matter is that, these guys didn’t have to do anything because I was not being a demanding customer, But just the fact that they went out of their way to make us feel better, that deserves recognition in a industry that is loosing the simple “customer service touch” So thank you once again to Timothy, Ashley and Daylen for your top notch service.
This is my go-to hotel when I visit Miami several times a year. The staff is very friendly, they've got a lot of people who have been working there for years. The views are beautiful, walkable location with lots to do, peaceful neighborhood. The bar is exceptional compared to other Courtyard properties. The pool area is great. I frequent Courtyards for work and typically I'm not a fan, but this one is one of my top 5 favorite hotels in the country. They take great care of me.
Alejandro at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He accomodated every request we had without an issue. Super kind and helpful. Rooms and common areas were clean which is always important to us. The location is perfect, away from South Beach and walking distance to Cocowalk which is calm, great shops and restaurants, just adorable. Don't miss Crandon Beach 10 min drive.
Modern but a bit "cold" atmosphere. Location is good for the harbour but a 10 min walk away from the centre. Pool is ok but some green trees would help the atmosphere. Rooms are good and comfortable but the bathroom is too small for 2. Elevators are tricky to get.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a busy day. What really stands out are the views. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort.
