CitizenM is a great option if you’re looking for a modern hotel in a convenient location. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, stylish, and surprisingly comfortable despite their compact size. The only downsides were that the shower and sink area are quite small, and the water pressure could have been better. That said, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely consider staying here again for a city trip where location and convenience are the priority.

One of the more unique hotels I have ever been to. I absolutely love the decor in the pool and bar on the 11th floor. The Kaseya Center is right across the street. We stayed here for a night after the Tame Impala concert. There is no front desk. You have to check in using tablets that are near the front door. There is somebody there that can assist if you need it but it is all self-service. Honestly I kind of liked it It was quick and easy. The same with check out. They do have a breakfast buffet you can get for around $25 a person. Little overpriced for what you get. There are other great options very close to this hotel for breakfast. The rooms are very tiny, but it's okay. I love the way you can control the media and the climate from the iPad that they provide. That will definitely be staying here again in September for the Gorillaz concert.

The location is fantastic, with the metro nearby and Bayside Market Place nearby. The area is great for food or for getting to Downtown. The biggest downside is the room size. Our cruise ship cabin was larger. The width of he room is the length of the bed with no space for moving around the bed. For the price we paid, my daughter got a whole apartment nearby with amazing facilities . So no, next time, I will definitely stay elsewhere.

Hotel was great for city views and transportation! Is a great fly in hotel for an event. The Small Rooms were cool and it wasn’t an issue. The blinds were a great touch to the room. Drinks and food were pretty expensive in the hotel but average for the area. Would’ve been a 5 star review if the beds were more comfortable, they were kind of stiff. Will stay again when we are back in the area

Super cool hotel and amazing location! Most everything you want is within walking distance! Self check-in but super friendly staff to help you through the process. The room are tiny! When I say tiny, think of a cruise ship and think smaller, you can’t even walk around the bed. Besides that, the hotel is clean, great amenities and closed to everything. There’s a CVS across the street for your wine 🍷 needs prior to boarding your ship! About close as you can get to the cruise port! Perfect for 2 people to crash before sailing out the next day. We even got a 2pm late check out. Breakfast is $20pp. If you’re interested. Starbucks is 1 min walk right outside the hotel.
