Room was small but great for just 2 of us. Karina at the front desk WAS AMAZING! We will be coming back just cause her alone. She was super sweet and very helpful with our luggage! The location is amazing close to a few restaurants that are a little pricey but still good food. And right across from the beach. 12 minute walk to target and tj max! I’d rate it 6/5 if I could! And the lobby always smelled so Good!
Staff is friendly, rooms were decently clean. Location was really nice and having the beach chairs included was a nice touch. However the walls were paper thin, to a point we could hear the person in the next room snoring and we felt really weird talking in our room to not bother other guests. The hotel is obviously aware of this, since they left foam earplugs. There was also a bit of a damp smell in the room when we walked it. Bed was comfy and there was a big TV.Overall, a decent experience but can definitely improved.
Wonderful hotel. Check in was a breeze with code. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage maybe ask for a first floor room if available. Rooms are clean, come with towels, beach chairs if requested and beach is not far of a walk. Within walking distance of Miami Beach parks and restaurants.
The rooms were quite small, but the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. After spending the day at the beach, it was wonderful to return to an ice-cold room. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the walls were very thin, and noise traveled easily between rooms. The guests in the room above us were especially loud, which made it difficult to relax. The water pressure was also disappointing and made it challenging to rinse off properly. Be prepared to walk, as the hotel does not offer parking. We had to pay an additional $100 for parking during our weekend stay. The check-in process was also somewhat confusing and could be better organized. Overall, the experience was average. While there were a few positives, several inconveniences prevented it from being a truly enjoyable stay.
