We got a high floor 1 bedroom with sleeper sofa, 2 bathrooms. Spacious, clean, nice view, free breakfast, close to free metromover train, easy to get around. I would stay here again.
Great place to stay, clean an comfortable room. They allow us to do early check in and late check out. And there was a free washing and dryer machine for customers. Our stay was the best and the included breakfast was awesome. The hotel staff was very cordial and service oriented.
I'm starting to find out that the IHG brand is not worth the money. It appears the room advertised in the picture with balcony will not be the room you get so be careful. Also they charge to much money for these rooms and don't even have basic amenities in the rooms like microwaves and mini fridge. Beds are also uncomfortable. In addition the older black man that's a waiter in restaurant was a bit rude and condescending. He accused us of taking the meal voucher and made a fuss about vochers. I guess he was trying to get tips but his attitude was so awful I wouldn't have given him a penny.Even the most basic brand like motel 6 offer microwave and fridge why can't they offer it as well. The location was perfect it's right next to Metro rail which takes you a lot of places in Miami including brightline station, tri rail, airport, Miami river walk, Bayside by river. If you catch the people mover and get off at Knight center it puts you right in heart of Brickell there you will find Miami river in the back of Kimpton hotel and a whole foods with an amazing buffet. However I wouldn't waste my money on IHG brand it's not what it's potrays in pictures advertised. I would try another brand like Marriott high end brand. I would only go with this brand if left with no other choice or because of location. The Kimpton in Brickell was no good either. How they get you is with their hotel locations location which are situated in the most perfect spots.
Clean, spacious, hotel. We stayed here with our 14yr old. She was excited to have her own room and 1/2 bath. I do wish the 2nd bath was a full bath. Also the 2nd bedroom did not have a tv. The balcony was nice but we didn't have a good view or balcony furniture. Our biggest complaint is that the bathroom doors and primary bedroom doors were sliding doors and didn't lock. Not good for privacy if you have kids or others staying with you. The complimentary breakfast wasn't anything special. We only ate it once and decided to go somewhere else on the other days. I do believe the cost was a little expensive for that amenities provided. $1200 for 3 nights. Oh and upon checkin they placed a $2200 hold on my credit card. That was extreme for a deposit and incidentals. Almost double the rental price. I probably wouldn't stay again.
