I stayed there for only just one night and arrived quite late but the service was more than excellent and the room was spacious and so comfortable. The location is great as well. I really want to thank Monet that welcomed my boyfriend and I that night. She was absolutely amazing, she made us feel right at home while staying professional. She checked us in with a great attentive and friendly attitude making our simple one night stay feel really special. Monet is a true ray of sunshine and will go above and beyond to answer your questions and guide you around, give you tips and tricks for your stay in Miami while listening and answering to your needs to her best abilities. The only thing I regret is not staying longer at this hotel and not being able to see her on our check out day. A big thank you to the rest of the team as well. I will definitely try to come again. Beautiful location and very clean! The manager Alex did everything possible to accommodate us when our room wasn't ready upon a 5PM check in! The bartender Julio was spot on with the drinks! Nice hotel!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Wynwood! We’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but the staff here is, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every single team member made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The service was warm, attentive, and truly above and beyond. Saying goodbye was actually hard, especially after they surprised us with farewell champagne and chocolates. What a thoughtful touch! A special shout-out to Randy, who made our stay even more memorable with his kindness and outstanding hospitality. Please also extend our gratitude to the entire staff 🙏🏻 they are the heart of this hotel. Our room was beautiful, spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s location in Wynwood is perfect, making it easy to explore the neighborhood while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. Thank you to everyone at AC Hotel by Marriott Wynwood for making our trip so special. We can’t wait to come back, and we’ll be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and family!
After a long day of travel, we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome than the one we received at the AC Hotel Wynwood. From the moment we walked in, Sameerah, the front desk manager, set the tone for our entire stay with her energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Sameerah greeted us with a full walkthrough of the hotel’s amenities and surprised us with a thoughtful welcome that included chocolate, bottled water, and a glass of rosé. She then went above and beyond to take care of everything we needed: helping us plan breakfast for the next morning and arranging a shuttle to the port the following day. She handled it all cheerfully and made sure our family left the front desk feeling completely taken care of. That kind of attentive, personal service is rare, and it gave us an incredible first impression of the property. Our fifth floor room was everything we hoped for after a tiring travel day: spacious, quiet, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. As a family of three, we had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. The efficient layout made the space feel even larger than it was. If you’re considering a stay at the AC Hotel Wynwood, do yourself a favor and book it. Between the beautiful accommodations and staff like Sameerah who truly go the extra mile, this hotel delivers an experience that is hard to top. We will absolutely be back!
