My partner, Jace, and I celebrated our anniversary at ABE Hotel, 1215 West Avenue, Miami Beach, and we had an amazing experience. The hotel itself was beautiful and felt more like an apartment than a traditional hotel. We loved having a microwave, refrigerator, and even a washer/dryer combo, which came in handy before checking out. The property was stylish, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. A special thank you to Eduardo from valet service, who was absolutely amazing. He was professional, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. His hospitality truly stood out and made us feel special. We also want to recognize the young woman at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She made us feel right at home and was kind enough to let us enjoy some extra time by the pool, which made our anniversary even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend ABE Hotel and would gladly stay here again!
First off I was a solo traveler. Stayed at ABAE Boutique hotel for 8 nights and 7 days. And let me just tell you I had an amazing experience. The hotel staff was always so polite, smiling, and always willing to help. Housekeepers were TOP TIER! Young lady cleaned my room while I was on the balcony snoozing. So sweet! Lovely room with a FREE washer and dryer all in ONE! LOL. Very peaceful but also VERY convenient to the beach,shops, and food! I look forward to staying here again whenever I visit Miami again!
The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The location is super convenient and there’s a bike rack right outside. The staff is friendly and housekeeping restocked everything I needed before I had to ask. The shower pressure is great! Only a few things I’d change. One is the beds, they are rather hard. Took me awhile to fall asleep on them. Also the toilet seat in my bathroom needed replacing. There was a lot of wear and tear on it and scratches. Appeared dirty at first. The heated rooftop pool was super relaxing but the cabanas and seats around them had really filthy and stained cushions. I’d suggest removable washable covers that are cleaned daily or at least every other day. Lastly the walls are pretty thin, luckily I stayed during the week and no one was in the rooms next to me but housekeeping woke me up from the next room over one morning and the last couple days I could hear a baby crying from 2 doors down. For what I paid, it was a good place to stay. Overall a peaceful trip.
I own a unit here and rent it out most of the time although I also use it for my family a few days a year. Great location in a lovely South Beach neighborhood, love the cleanliness and aesthetics of the property, rooftop lounge/pool is a nice amenity. Glad to own, as the numbers have been good, and glad to be able to use, as it's become my go-to place for fun and relaxation.
Service was top notch checking in and checking out was a breeze and quick. Grounds were super clean and very conveniently located within walking distance to whole foods, trader Joe's. Rooms were great love the in room washer and dryer. Only thing I'd say improve is to be able to stream personal apps on the smart TVs in the room. On rainy days we wanted to stream movies and shows on Netflix and YouTube,but the smart TVs in room were restricted to live tv. So that's the only thing I'd fix Other than that was great!
