We loved this hotel. Everything was great from the staff, to the on location Starbucks, however we would have liked to go to the pool and wished it was open later until atleast 11pm. Oh and more beach chairs lol we didn’t get to use them.. We will visit again! Great price for 4 days.
Very short stay for us and we didn’t use any of the hotel facilities (besides staying in our room). With that said, everything went perfectly, the rooms are very nice and very well equipped. The staff is friendly and responsive. The location is fantastic and the price is competitive. A would stay here again.
Paid for an ocean view and got a building in front with no view. Absolutely misleading ad. The receptionist (Jessica, I believe) had a ready-made answer even before I finished asking why there wasn't an ocean view. She said "the ad says ocean front not ocean view and we dont show the ocean in the ad" So much for hiding behind technicalities. I had to open the app and show her the ad which says ocean view (not front) as well as pics of the ocean. She then said oh that's a bay and not the ocean. I didn't want to waste more of my brain cells at that time. Also paid $40 for parking which is fine I guess. It's not really a hotel in my opinion but a service apartment. Room design is wonky. The couch is adjacent to a sink and faces the TV and the TV doesn't face the bed. Balcony has a view of a building Regardless we didn't spend much time in the hotel so can't say more. Should've rather paid $25 extra and stayed at the Hilton which was beach facing. Lesson for next time. The lady at the reception counter the next day was more transparent in admitting that the building in front sprung up after a while and originally the hotel did have an ocean view.
