Thank you Alexis!!! I came in to celebrate my birthday, and Alexis made the experience unforgettable from the absolute start. She was so sweet, incredibly bubbly, and made me feel completely comfortable right away. When I wanted to move my seat across the room because I didn’t feel comfortable, she handled it with zero issues and got us settled right away. Since it was my first time there, she took the time to patiently explain the menu and guided us to a truly amazing experience, even suggesting some new things that we loved. Her attentiveness was 100% top-tier. She was quick, checked on us constantly, and made sure we were completely taken care of the whole time. To top it all off, she went above and beyond and surprised me with a birthday dessert—she seriously didn't have to do that, and it made my day so special. Alexis deserves a raise, a management position, and all the praise! Exceptional service like this is rare, and I’ll definitely be back because of her.
Super fun atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service. Very impressive and delicious dishes and drinks. We got the tuna tartar (10/10), branzino (10/10), and paella de trufa (100/10). We also got the spicy marg and the grove cocktails. Extravagant and immaculate 🌟. Our server was Nathalie and she was amazing!
I had an amazing experience at Level 6! The atmosphere was beautiful, the food and drinks were great, and the views were incredible. What really made the night special was our waitress, Sharon. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and excellent service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you, Sharon, for making our experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Sharon if you visit!
When I say 10/10 experience, I truly made it. Thank you so much to Melany our server who was so delightful and had amazing customer service! The food was phenomenal. I ordered the Frit mixto which came out hot and fresh, especially with the garlic aïoli. The views, the music, everything, especially the customer service and how warm they made me and my date feel. Thank you to Melany and the manager, Arturo. We will 1000% be back!!
We had an amazing time at Level 6! Their happy hour is fantastic, great prices and delicious drinks. The mushroom croquettes were exquisite. I was curious to try the dates, but the flavor was a bit unusual since they add honey even though dates are already sweet. I’d definitely recommend the pan con tomate and the truffle fries instead. We also really enjoyed the Beso de Fuego drink. The views are beautiful and the atmosphere is just as lovely. Our waitress was very attentive, though her explanations could have been a bit clearer. I’ll definitely be coming back many times.
