Gwen and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and it was simply amazing! Vivianna was my personal concierge and she was outstanding! I couldn’t ask for anything better from her! Manuel was our waiter and definitely one of the best we’ve ever had in any type of dining experience! The DJ even dedicated a song to us. Every time we visit Miami, Giselle is a must! Highly recommend!
I went to Giselle for a girls night with my friend, and we had the best time! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was beautiful and such a fun vibe. We sat at the bar, and Sebastian took amazing care of us all night. He was so friendly, made great recommendations, and the cocktails he made were honestly some of the best we’ve had. The food was super yummy too, everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. Between the amazing drinks, incredible food, and outstanding service, it was such a memorable night. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Giselle to everyone looking for a fun night out in Miami!
From the moment we walked in, this place exceeded every expectation. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was absolutely phenomenal, and the service was truly what made this experience unforgettable. Our server, Bri, was incredible. She has such a genuine, beautiful energy and made us feel so welcomed from the start. She took the time to walk us through the menu, answered every question with so much knowledge and enthusiasm, and gave us recommendations that absolutely blew us away. Every single dish she suggested was a 10/10 beautifully prepared, packed with flavor, and some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. What really stood out was how attentive she was throughout our entire meal. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, checked in at all the right times, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and committed to making sure everyone had an amazing experience, which created such a great atmosphere from beginning to end. If you’re thinking about trying this restaurant, do yourself a favor and go. And if you have the chance, ask for Bri you’ll be in the best hands. She’ll guide you through the menu, help you choose the perfect dishes, and make your dining experience one you’ll be talking about long after you leave. We can’t wait to come back!
Giselle was amazing on all fronts! It went beyond expectation in both food, service and vibes. Our server Stewart was extremely helpful and attentive, making sure our group had an excellent experience and offered great options and recommendations. The food was exceptional, my favorite bites including the crispy rice and salmon dish as well as the short rib skewers. If you want something sweet, the seis leches was phenomenal. The drinks were also delicious, the espresso martini is a must try! Hats off to chef Gustavo for such an amazing menu.
Food was amazing, service was outstanding. The attention to detail that the staff takes really takes it up a notch. Mahryahh was the absolute best! Came here for my husbands 30th and he could’ve have asked for a better experience. We’ve been to Miami many times and Giselle is now one for the books. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
