I had a good experience overall. The food was tasty, and the service was friendly and attentive. That said, I felt the value was lacking. My total came to $44 including tip, and for that price I expected larger portions and a bit better overall quality. A couple of small things also stood out: there was no fortune cookie with the meal, and customers have to box up their own leftovers, which wasn’t something I particularly liked. Overall, it’s a solid place with good food and service, but I think it’s a little overpriced for what you get.
107 Taste has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorite Asian restaurants in Coral Gables. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We ordered the Pad Thai, Black Pepper Beef Udon, and finished with the taro crepe cake and vanilla ice cream—every dish was excellent. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the portions were generous, and the desserts were the perfect way to end the meal. The atmosphere was modern, cozy, and relaxed, making it a great spot for a date night or casual dinner. Tom and Jason were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend if you’re craving quality Asian fusion in Coral Gables!
Wowie zowie this place was so so good. Tom and Jason were the best servers I ever had. They were super patient and the hospitality was amazing. Super clean place and delicious food. I love Asian food because I’m Asian and it was amazing! So many cool food choices 😋 also the place looks super cool 😎🫰
This place started out as just a Google search for "food near me" because we were very hungry from our 4hr drive from Orlando, but let me tell you this place turned out to be a complete gem💎! The food is crazy delicious😋😋😋 and the portion sizes are huge. For the appetizer, we ordered REAL blue crab rangoon with a very flavorful dipping sauce, very different from the typical sweet chili sauce that most restaurants serve alongside "Krab" rangoon. The dipping sauce is very good, but after tasting the blue crab rangoon by itself, we decided to just eat it alone because you can really taste the blue crab meat. For my entree I ordered pineapple and chicken fried rice which might sound crazy, but trust me on this one and my other half had pad see ew with chicken and they both came out piping hot with flavor on overdrive. We also ordered Chinese herbal iced tea which I've never had and honestly never heard of, but it knocks Southern iced tea right in the kisser🥊. We then ordered Thai donuts for dessert and they were very delicious as well and served with a sweet condensed milk dipping sauce. The price was right. The place is very nice and clean. The decor is right on point with the food and the service was impeccable. Our waitress was Cindy and she made us feel right at home. We thought the food would be a lot more expensive than it was so that's a huge plus as well. Check the receipt in the pictures I posted. This place is definitely worth a check-in and pig out🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Wow, I just have to share my experience at 107 Taste in Coral Gables! I tried a bunch of dishes, and honestly, everything was amazing, but the takoyaki totally stole the show—Japanese ball-shaped snack. Made with cabbage and octopus. Fish flakes and mayo on top, soft and flavorful on the inside. And the Tteokbokki Rice Cake? Absolutely addictive—perfectly spicy and chewy. The place feels cozy, the staff is super friendly, and the food just makes you want to keep coming back. Seriously, if you love Asian flavors, this spot is a must-try!
