I absolutely love Rafael and the team at Vive Weight Loss. They have been amazing throughout my journey. They are easy to talk to, never make you feel rushed, and really take the time to explain everything. I appreciated that they focused on nutrition, strength training, and building healthy habits instead of making it all about the medication. This isn’t one of those influencer-promoted “set it and forget it”tele-health programs where they prescribe medication and disappear. When I hit a plateau, Rafael didn’t just increase my dose. He brought me in, reviewed my plan, and helped me figure out what needed to change (which was me, to be honest, I needed to change) That personalized approach made a huge difference. The nurses are incredible. They are kind, patient, and genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to educate you and answer every question. My teenage daughter felt completely comfortable with them, which is saying a lot. She actually listened to their advice and followed through, something that doesn’t always happen with teenagers!
