Very nice and clean. Loved that it was quiet during the night. No sounds comming from the street. At the same time place is really close to the beach. Loved the workers there, especially guy named German ( he deserves a raise ) ;) Oh, and Im from Europe, so this place had really good and tasty breakfest, wich is not the case ussualy in American hotels for me ;)
Excellent hotel with outstanding service! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh, clean-smelling towels were a nice touch. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I also loved that they always provided complimentary coffee in the lobby. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the hotel feel even more welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Miami!
Our stay at the hotel was excellent. They even upgraded us to a better room because we had just gotten married. I needed an iron, and they brought one to my room within a minute. The pool was clean, there was coffee available at the hotel, and the rooms were beautiful and spotless. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very welcoming!
Beautiful little hotel with outstanding staff. First and foremost, the staff were all excellent, very helpful - nothing was a bother, would highly recommend on this point alone. Secondly everywhere was really clean, even after football fans were sitting round the pool in the evening. You have to request your room to be serviced but we liked this as there was no rush to get out in the mornings. Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator, this was no bother for us but if you have mobility restrictions then it may be worth checking where your room is. For us, this room was perfect as it was very quiet round about. Other reviews mentioned loud A/C, we could hear it but I've heard much worse. It's only a 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 minutes walk to the start of the shopping area. We only had 1 meal in the hotel due to other commitments, but the food was great, with a reasonable choice. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return if ever in the area.
I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had a very positive experience. While the rooms may not be comparable to those of a luxury five-star resort, they were clean, comfortable, and more than adequate for the type of trip I was taking. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Marcos, Yessica, and Daniela were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my visit. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Great customer service can make all the difference, and this team certainly delivered. I would happily stay here again and appreciate the hospitality they provided.
