I had such an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, Johnny and Stanley made me feel so welcomed. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their positive attitudes and exceptional customer service truly made all the difference. It’s rare to come across staff who go above and beyond the way they did, and they absolutely deserve to be recognized for it. Thank you, Johnny and Stanley, for making my experience so enjoyable—I can’t wait to come back!
Decent hotel in a convenient location for walking to shops and restaurants. Nice bar and lobby area to work in. However, it definitely seems overpriced in general, and the rooms are extremely dark. Small windows, and in the suite, the living room area had one tiny floor lamp as dim as you could possibly imagine. The bathroom is poorly lit as well, and there is no light in the shower, so it is extremely dark as well. It feels like some kind of weird prison cell honestly. I will definitely opt to stay somewhere different next time.

While the hotel delivers on convenience and style, the parking can be a bit tricky, and occasionally the lobby can feel a little busy. Overall, it’s a solid choice for those looking to blend modern comfort with easy access to Coral Gables’ charm.
