My husband and I absolutely love Zivel. It has become our go-to place for recovery and wellness. Every Saturday I look forward to my red light therapy sauna session, and I’ve also enjoyed their cryotherapy, dry float (my 2nd favorite after sauna), red light therapy room, and compression therapy on my legs. The entire team always makes us feel welcome and at home from the moment we walk in. Mike, the owner, couldn’t make us feel more welcome. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to recommend therapies and protocols based on what we need that particular week. His personalized approach is one of the many reasons we keep coming back. The facility is clean, relaxing, and has become an important part of our wellness routine. There’s plenty of parking, and booking sessions is always quick and easy. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, recover, and take care of yourself, I highly recommend Zivel. We always leave feeling refreshed, supported, and looking forward to our next visit.
We had a phenomenal experience at Zivel. Mike gave my family a tour of the space and different services including sauna with three different settings, a cryotherapy chamber with customizable wind settings and music, dry float, compression therapy, and much more. He made us feel so welcome, and we will absolutely recommend Zivel to all our friends and family!
Zivel Wellness is truly my go-to sanctuary for everything from cryotherapy and infrared sauna to red light therapy, cryo slimming, and facials. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about wellness, and you can feel their energy carried throughout the entire space—it creates such a grounded, calming environment. It’s warm, beautifully designed, and instantly relaxing—from the clean, comfortable robes and fresh towels to the thoughtful touches and overall ambiance. Every visit feels like a full reset, not just a treatment! 10/10 highly recommend! .
Awesome experience if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mike was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. He was patient and kind to take the time and explain the cryotherapy and the dry float to us. My daughter is an athlete and we needed quick recovery today and this was exception. The cryotherapy is the best she’s experienced in quality. The dry float was a first for her and she absolutely loved it. We will recommend this to everyone and will be back!
I’ve been going to Zivel for the past year, and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to all my friends and family. The infrared sauna , compression therapy and cold chamber are top notch experiences. I am feeling my best because of this : high energy , mentally and physically optimized. 5/5
