Absolutely a wonderful experience. They are ready for your every comfort. The ambiance is so relaxing and everything is clean and esthetic. Giselle was so attentive and kind. Definitely a repeat experience.
We arrived at 1:12 p.m. for our 60-minute massage, which was scheduled to begin at 12:45 p.m. We fully understand that arriving late would reduce our treatment time. When we arrived, we explained that we were already running late and asked if we could complete the intake forms after the massage so we wouldn’t lose any more time. Instead, we were asked to complete the paperwork first, and we spent another five minutes discussing the situation before finally being taken to our rooms. At that point, there should have been about 28 minutes remaining. However, we were told that they could only provide 15 minutes of massage. I received those 15 minutes, even though there was still time remaining in the appointment. My sister’s experience was even more disappointing. She politely asked for firmer pressure because the massage was extremely light. Rather than adjusting the pressure, the therapist said she was not comfortable continuing the session, and my sister’s massage ended at that point. We accept responsibility for arriving late, but we do not believe the situation was handled in a professional or customer-focused manner. A little flexibility, better communication, and making the best use of the remaining appointment time would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed and would not return.
Came in for a Korean Head Spa service with my boyfriend and it was an amazing experience. The spa is aesthetically pleasing while the service is superb. Camila & Gisele went above and beyond to make our first head spa experience memorable. 10/10 would recommend.
I was given a gift on Groupon which was a lovely surprise. I am not sure what type of Korean scalp massage that was but the least thing that I got was a massage. I got two shampoos that dried out my hair immensely they use machines no hand, massage and touch to the scalp. I had to ask for conditioner, as I have very coarse curly hair. I don’t like giving these types of reviews. I do hope that in the future they change their techniques. It’s a great idea. I have been in the Salon industry for 45 years and my clients all love the way I give them a scalp massage. It is human touch, not machines. I did my treatment in December and I do hope that they have gotten better. So my advice is to ask them exactly what they do before you go or book this appointment.
I recently tried a Korean hair spa, and it was honestly really nice. It’s not like a normal it’s more focused on your scalp and just relaxing overall. They started by checking my scalp and then used different treatments to clean it and make it healthier. The best part was the scalp massage, it felt so good and super relaxing. They also used some special products and tools, and after everything, my hair felt really clean, soft, and lighter. The staff were really nice and explained what they were doing, so it didn’t feel weird or confusing. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s a cool experience and you leave feeling really refreshed. The girls were nice tho
