We enjoyed three nights here before going to the port for a Royal Caribbean cruise. The rooms were clean, beach and pool service was excellent, it’s a great location for walking to dinner, and the staff were all helpful. Our family loved that there were fans in the rooms. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect! Although there was seaweed when we were there the resort did a great job of raking it so that it didn’t smell as bad as other resorts we walked by. Breakfast at Essentia and lunch at the pool/beach bar were all delicious. We appreciated the gluten free options on their menus - our daughter has Celiac Disease and never had a reaction. Thank you for a lovely stay!
We had a wonderful stay at The Palms! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, helpful with our luggage, and made check-in quick and easy. Our room was clean with a beautiful partial ocean view, and the AC worked perfectly. We did notice a stain on the bedsheets, but the staff resolved it right away. The breakfast buffet at Essensia was excellent, and the restaurant was clean with great service. Overall, a fantastic experience—we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
We had a wonderful stay at The Palms Hotel & Spa during our visit to Miami. The hotel has direct beach access, which makes everything so easy and enjoyable. They provide towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even sunscreen, so you can truly relax and enjoy the sun and warm weather for long hours, especially if you are escaping a cold East Coast winter. The food and drinks were great, and I highly recommend the fresh coconut water. The morning yoga classes were amazing and added such a peaceful start to the day. There is also a nice outdoor pool, which is perfect if it gets too windy by the ocean. The breakfast buffet is very diverse with plenty of options, and the restaurant also serves good seafood for lunch or dinner. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are clean and comfortable, and room service is good. Just keep in mind that housekeeping can take a bit longer since the overall vibe of the hotel is very relaxed, so it is better to request cleaning earlier in the day. The hotel has a beautiful, calm atmosphere and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is also conveniently located near the Miami Beach Boardwalk and close to Lincoln Road, where you can find shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend!
My family and I visited Miami for the first time, and staying at this hotel was truly one of the highlights of our trip! The front desk staff—Christina—was incredibly warm and attentive in welcoming us. The oceanfront room was absolutely beautiful, with views of both the sunrise and sunset—definitely worth it! The hotel and the room were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool staff and valet attendants were also very friendly and helpful. We stayed for three days and two nights, and we absolutely loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere this hotel provided.
I recently stayed at The Palms in Miami and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The oceanfront views and beach access were definitely highlights. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay, which made everything feel seamless and relaxing. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything Miami has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable beachfront escape.
