Also, a special thank you to Estefanía for taking such great care of us. She was super attentive the entire night, always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. I had the best experience celebrating my birthday here! The music, atmosphere, and energy were amazing from the moment we walked in. A special thank you for bottle service hostess Luisa, she made the entire night so easy and fun. She was incredibly attentive, checked on us throughout the night, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly made us feel taken care of. If you're celebrating or just planning a night out with friends, I highly recommend booking bootle service hostess Luisa. It's make the experience so much more enjoyable, and the customer service is amazing. Once again, thank you Luisa and staff!! 10/10 recommend
I had the best experience at MAD. Everyone was super helpful before we even walked in, and the music and vibe were amazing. But honestly, nothing compared to our server, Luisa. She is seriously beyond words. I could write the longest review and it still wouldn’t do her justice. She genuinely felt like a friend, not just someone doing her job. She just wanted us to have the best time and was never pushy at all, which is honestly so rare. She was always checking in, making sure everyone in our group was good, and somehow made the whole night even better. If you ever go and get her you’ve been blessed lol. Because of her, MAD is now my favorite club in Miami, and all of my friends feel the same. We’ll 100% be coming back.
Chris makes this club move! From the bottle girls, to the customer service, and overall cleanliness - I have never experienced a spot in Miami that is on their toes to this extent. Chris’s communication with his staff and his clientele is top tier, upper echelon. It makes me and my girls come back almost every weekend! I appreciate all the work he puts in to ensure a time is had. For hot girl summer, this is the move ladies!
A group of 10 girlfriends came here to celebrate and this place was literally perfect for our night out. Incredible vibe, amazing music to really dance to with a fun DJ bumping reggaeton, and top notch service. The atmosphere got livelier as the night went on. Website super easy to use for tickets. Immediately, our entire party was served champagne and popcorn and welcomed without any fuss at the door. Chris made sure we had everything we needed, and the service was so good, showing our party a really amazing time. We will definitely be back!
