Such a beautiful spa experience in Upper Buena Vista. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and you truly feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. It’s the perfect place to disconnect, recharge, and treat yourself. I’ll definitely be coming back, the yoga Class was amazing and the place is beautiful.

The sauna experience was next level, and pairing it with the cold plunge was both invigorating and deeply restorative. You walk out feeling completely reset — physically and mentally. The staff is professional, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Everything runs smoothly, and you feel taken care of without it being overly formal. It’s refined, but relaxed. If you’re into wellness, biohacking, recovery, or simply upgrading your self-care routine — this is the place. Whether you go solo or with friends, it’s an experience worth repeating. It’s rare to find physical and mental well-being united under one roof, let alone in a breathtaking location. Milan and Kerryan have the kindest souls and have done a fabulous job creating this space.
