Just found this place…i’m already hooked! love the vibe ✨all the people that work here are incredibly nice! the space is beautiful and clean…just the PERFECT ATMOSPHERE to relax and forget the word for a little while! I already purchased a package and i think my next thing is the membership!
Such an incredible space! My favorite thing about this recovery & wellness studio is the IVs and vitamin shots they offer. I love coming here for my medical. I always leave feeling better than i came. The saunas are beautiful and the float is my favorite recovery’s modality.
Pause Brickell has become one of my favorite places to visit weekly. The staff is beyond 5 star customer service. They are so informative on all their offerings and make amazing recommendations based on how you’re feeling and what your body needs. I must get a contrast therapy in now at least once a week! I also high recommend the IV lounge. Cristina the nurse is wonderful! I hate IVs and she was so gentle and made me feel comfortable and at ease. If you haven’t been to pause yet- make it a priority on your next self care day!
We really needed a place like this in Brickell. Just had my first visit to Pause and honestly… it was exactly what my body has been asking for. Everything feels super calming from the moment you walk in, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the whole experience. Tried a few of the treatments and left feeling so relaxed and recharged. One of those places you didn’t know you needed until you go. So happy to have Pause in the neighborhood. Definitely coming back.
Lovely facilities and extremely welcoming staff. The team introduced themselves and described the benefits of each service, which range from physical to mental relaxation techniques. I personally tried Contrast (sauna then ice bath) followed by Red Light Therapy. You’ll leave feeling restored and rejuvenated. Couldn’t recommend the friendly staff or easeful experience enough.
