Booked both the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and the Vitality Booth (salt therapy and red light therapy) and it ended up being one of the most unique wellness experiences I’ve had. The whole place feels very private and intentional, not like a busy spa where people are constantly moving through. It actually feels exclusive, which makes it easy to fully relax and disconnect. The staff walked me through everything beforehand so the sessions felt comfortable even as a first timer. The hyperbaric session was surprisingly calming and I left feeling clear headed and energized. After that, the Vitality Booth was the perfect follow up. Super peaceful and you can genuinely feel your breathing open up while you’re in there. It is definitely more premium than a typical wellness spot but you understand why once you’re there. The environment, attention to detail, and overall experience make it worth paying the extra money. This is the kind of place you go to actually reset, not just pass time. Would absolutely go back next time I’m in Miami.
