We had an absolutely incredible experience at OCKAP Caviar & Cuisine. From the moment we walked through the door, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed. The host even remembered that I had called earlier that day to confirm our reservation, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our server, Palina, was exceptional—professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and warm throughout the entire evening. She provided outstanding service and truly deserves recognition for helping make our experience so special. The food was phenomenal from beginning to end. We started with the beef carpaccio, which was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. From the Miami Spice Reserve menu, we enjoyed the lobster roll with caviar, caviar croquetas with the accompanying lobster dip, crispy fried chicken with Ossetra caviar, and ribeye with Ossetra caviar. Every dish was extraordinary. The fried chicken was so tender and flavorful that it hardly felt like a typical chicken dish, and the ribeye with caviar was incredible in every bite. For dessert, the vanilla soft serve was my favorite, while we also enjoyed the champagne sorbet. We enjoyed every single dish and every bite. OCKAP is absolutely worth every dollar, especially as a Miami Spice experience. Between the exceptional service, luxurious food, and welcoming atmosphere, this was a great dining experience. We highly recommend OCKAP and would gladly return.
Wow ! An incredible new addition to the Brickell area! 10/10 recommended! The service, the ambience, and most importantly the food was out of this world incredible! If you like caviar, you’re gonna wanna set up a tent and live here. Every dish we had was unbelievable, and who would’ve thought caviar and dessert to go together. But let me tell you it does! I cannot recommend enough trying this experience
First of all I am not a caviar person and I could not care less about caviar, until this place. The plan was for us to try it and have my hubby ate all the caviar: wrong again, I ate it all. Is like normalizing caviar, the food is simply amazing and at the same time feels clean and even healthy. The menu is crafted to ease the decision making (and with that all the intimidation about caviar)… I mean, we had caviar for dessert and it was totally delicious. My favorites were the Cesar salad (best in town), the pasta and the chocolate tart. We also had the ceviche (not your regular ceviche for sure), the fish (clean and tasty) and the rib eye (also very clean and my hubby favorite). Can’t wait to go again and try the fried chicken and the soft serve. Definitely a place for foodies, couples night out or friends that enjoy food in a space that allows for conversation and comfort. What can I say? I’m converted into a caviar lover ❤️
If you love caviar, innovative culinary creations, and flawless service, this is a must-visit. We are so excited to have this new spot in the neighborhood and will absolutely be returning soon! The kitchen serves up several unique, interesting, and absolutely great-tasting plates that you won't find anywhere else. We started with the caviar croquetas, which were a delicious, crispy treat paired flawlessly with a crisp glass of Ruinart Champagne. For our mains, we were blown away by two dishes: a highly unique pasta featuring a vibrant lemon and turmeric sauce topped with caviar, and a decadent lobster dish served with a rich bisque and more stunning caviar. Beyond the phenomenal food, the service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, taking the time to explain every single dish in detail, which made the evening feel even more special.
Lovely experience at their opening event. Got to try a variety of caviars paired with unique dishes. The staff is welcoming and very attentive. The restaurant itself is nice as well (although it was uncomfortable cold from the a/c at one point). Would recommend overall for an amazing caviar experience.
