SoulEdge: Parthian Shot Championship Arrived for dinner, met host team of Rocio & Brian (apologies if I got his name wrong) informed me about the restaurant. Walk-ins from Hotel guests & non hotel guests are welcomed. Reservations are preferred, due to it can get busy. Bernal my server gave excellent service. I ordered Spicy Lobster Tagliatelle, dish with excellent presentation. Well cooked pasta & sauce not too spicy. Lobster was perfect. Dark Chocolate Budino for dessert. Good on its texture, crispy bits, and portion. Love the oval plate, & silverware size set. It makes it easy to handle while dinning. Bread was warm & fresh with good seasoning. Apologies, I didn't mean to interrupt the pastry chef by the station. Kudos to the kitchen staff, one can hear the cadence orders in complete sync. Consistency by all employees (including Front Door Entrance personnel) made the experience excellent. Hence the review title: World Heavyweight Championship. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Cue in the song " Written in the Stars" by Tinie Tempah & song "Willow" by Taylor Swift. 🇺🇸🇩🇪🎸🙏✌️ Update: On 6/29/ from 5:24 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. I dined again. Gratitude to Yekta, Avie, Naytan, & Miracelis. I had to deal with an "Parthain Shot issue" a unprovoked insult behind my back by a kitchen staff employee. I already email corporate headquarters about it. Check the video footage. Yes this will change my goodwill impression. Btw originally title : World Heavyweight Championship, to Parthain Shot Championship. That sounds deserving fitting.
We had an excellent dining experience at Luma. The atmosphere and ambiance were beautiful, elegant, and welcoming, making for a wonderful evening from start to finish. The highlight of our experience was our waitress, Lala. She was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and personable throughout the entire meal. Her recommendations were spot on, and she took great care of us from the moment we sat down. Lala’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The service was very efficient, with our food arriving promptly and perfectly prepared. Everything was delicious, and the tiramisu was absolutely outstanding, easily one of the best we’ve had. Between the amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, and especially the outstanding service from Lala, Luma exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning.
High quality dining especially for a hotel restaurant and great views, high end wine selection as well.
Food was delicious and server LaLa made our evening. We enjoyed the Baby gem salad cacio e Pepe salad and ravilo as appetizers. For our entree we shared the Bone in Ribeye which was delicious and a side of rosemary potatoes. For dessert enjoyed a delicious tiramisu which was a great presentation upon being served. Would recommend this restaurant.
SoulEdge: Excellent of Execution Arrived as an Walk-in. Met Katherine who helped with seating. Rolando & Martha gave excellent service, very attention to detail. I ordered Eggs Benedict. An Italian spin on this classic dish using crispy pancetta & toasted focaccia made it stand out. Still hungry, I ordered Steak & Eggs, I enjoyed the dish. Good portions & well tender steak. Cyrelle (apologies if I got her name wrong) the hostess helped me with seating arrangement. It was good to see Berna my server again. I ordered Coconut Gelato Italian ice cream the dish comes crispy coconut garnish. And Cacio E Pepe. A dish with pecorino romano, black pepper, & tagliatelle pasta. I wanted it with Tagliatelle pasta instead of Mafaldine pasta. I miss the other bread, pls see the pics. Gratitude to Cyrelle & Berna.
