Beauty and the Butcher restaurant was a pleasant surprise. It is sophisticated, but cozy. We had the Miami Spice Menu and it did not disappoint. As a starter, we enjoyed a hamachi crudo and the beef tartare. For the main course, we selected the Wagyu beef, at an additional $15, and the salmon served with a corn sauce and asparagus—a masterpiece full of flavor. To seal the deal, we enjoyed a lemon blueberry cheesecake with pistachio ice cream and the decadent Beauty Cake of chocolate. To die for. Our server, April, was delightful and very attentive. In terms of the service, it was a little slow, but this allowed us to talk and enjoy the place and the company for more than two hours. For a change, no rush.
Absolutely incredible experience at Beauty & the Butcher! The food was phenomenal—easily a 100/10. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. It’s honestly been the best meal I’ve had in a long time. A huge shoutout to Josmar, our server. He was outstanding from start to finish, attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without ever being intrusive. His service made an already amazing meal even better. He hooked it up wit their truffle hot honey! If you’re looking for incredible food and exceptional service, I can’t recommend Beauty & the Butcher enough. We’ll definitely be back!
We came for the Taste of the Gables prix fixe menu and selected the Hashimi Crudo, Caesar salad, Island salmon, brussel sprouts add on and the warmest, most decadent chocolate chip cookie à la mode you could ever imagine, and everything was amazing!! We accompanied the suggested wine with our food which was light and not dry to be a red wine. Our bartender was very attentive as was the main server for our dinner, Iryna! We will return for the wine tasting event as well!
We visited for our anniversary last night, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The restaurant made us feel so special and welcomed, even having a cute sign waiting for us at our table that said "Happy Anniversary." Our server, Deneb, was spectacular. She was attentive, friendly, and helped make our evening even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the oysters and ham croquettes, both of which were outstanding. For our entrée, we shared the 24 oz Porterhouse, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Our sides were the crispy Brussels sprouts and duck fat potatoes, and they were the perfect complement to the steak, absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. To finish the evening, we had the lemon blueberry cheesecake, and it was easily one of our favorite desserts of the night. Overall, this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The service, atmosphere, and food were all exceptional. We would definitely recommend it for a date night, anniversary, or any special occasion. We can't wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Amazing dinner at Beauty & The Butcher. The food was insanely good, the ambiance was super relaxed and beautiful, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the service. We sat at the bar and Joel and Manny gave us truly top-tier service, honestly impossible to ask for better. They made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of the entire night. It was our first time here, but they already won us over as loyal customers. Great food and atmosphere matter, but exceptional service is what really makes a place special, and they absolutely nailed it.
