I was hesitant booking with Kasa because of the virtual front desk and few reviews, but after this weekend, I am a huge fan! The instructions were very clear & thorough- we had no issues accessing the garage, room or amenities. Any message I sent was responded to within 10min. The apartment was clean & spacious. It was stocked with pool towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, cookware, etc. Compared to other hotels and rentals in the area, I think it was a great deal. I would definitely stay with Kasa again😊
The Kasa management was excellent with communication when I needed them via email. The unit was beyond outstanding. It was brand new, clean, modern and filled with every kitchen appliance and bath soap need that I could ask for. The amenities are gorgeous and it is conveniently located.
Everything was smooth between the check in and out. I didn’t have any problem with the parking spot. You just need to park in the assigned spot and get the permit. It’s very family oriented. I will definitely stay again.
Had a great 2 night stay here. I was pleasantly upgraded to a 2bedroom suite, which made the experience even better. Everything felt brand new and was very well equipped, making the space both comfortable and convenient. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the concierge in the lobby was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood can be a bit loud, but the windows are well soundproofed, and I slept really well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
