Very enjoyable stay. Staff were very attentive and the front desk Mariano very helpful with everything including letting us use the facilities on our check out day. Rooms were cleaned every day, tthe breakfast was good and the pool area was fantastic with amazing views of Miami. Beds were so comfy and the best pillows we've ever had!.The free Bickell loop within walking distance of the hotel was great. Thank you for an amazing stay. One day we will be back.
We booked through Day Use which allows you to stay just for the day. 10-6p. It's apparently not guaranteed though. So even though it says booked/reserved they may not have availability- which makes no sense. We did get in though. $200 + use of the pool. There's a nice bar and restaurant. The pool is shared with Aloft. Also a great lobby space you can use. Rooms are decent. Nothing crazy nice counter space with fridge and microwave. No one was using the pool. Sunday afternoon maybe a slow time? They have a partnership with a shuttle service which will take you to MIA or FLL. TBD if it's good. Will update. Publix is close by.
We just booked this hotel to basically crash while we went to some marlins games and it was a great hotel, with great staff, in a great location! Walgreens and Publix were a 5 minute walk away and loanDepot park was a 15 minute drive. The hotel was super cute, rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast also exceeded expectations. Jewell in the dining room was extra pleasant. We did have a little issue with not getting a room with a pull out couch for our son but Mariano went above and beyond to remedy the situation and continued to extend his gracious hospitality throughout the rest of our stay!
I had an excellent experience with the front desk employee, Marco. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was quick and easy, and he answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Throughout my stay, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. His exceptional customer service made me feel valued and truly enhanced my overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
Room us beautiful, bed comfortable, and location seemed good as well for a nite before a cruise(walked to a nice dinner nearby). Why a 3...poor noise control between rooms. The person/s next to us where very loud and it sounded like they were in our room. Also, we had a person at the desk arrange a private transfer or taxi to the port the nite before. We asked how will we know if they r here and told they would ask for us when they arrive. Well, it was after the time and when asked at the desk if coming soon, they had no idea what we were talking about. We booked a Lyft then Will not visit this hotel again. Would have been a 5 for the pluses I listed.
