⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay here from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall property was quiet and welcoming. Everything I needed was easily available, which made my stay stress-free. I also want to give a special shoutout to Juan at the front desk. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made a great first impression. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with an amazing staff.
My stay at Habitat Residence in Brickell, Miami has been fantastic so far. From the moment I arrived, the level of customer service has been exceptional. Not once have I walked in or out of the hotel without being greeted by the staff and asked if all of my needs have been met. Their attention to guests and genuine hospitality truly stand out. Prior to my arrival, Juan took the time to work with me to ensure everything was squared away for my stay, even after his normal working hours. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
