I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at EAST Miami for making our stay truly unforgettable. We checked in on July 4 and arrived at the hotel around 11:00 AM. From the very first moment, Manager Luis welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and outstanding professionalism. His hospitality immediately made us feel at home. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, Luis generously upgraded our room, making our stay even more special and memorable. His thoughtful gesture and exceptional customer service truly exceeded our expectations. Everything about EAST Miami was outstanding from the beautiful hotel and excellent facilities to the attentive staff and exceptional service. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely return in the future. A heartfelt thank you to Luis and the entire EAST Miami team for creating such a wonderful and unforgettable honeymoon experience.
I’m giving it one extra star for the location. Avoid this hotel if direct access to the mall is optional for you. We stayed here for multiple days. We can smell weed almost every single day! People are smoking on the balcony or in their rooms because I can smell it in the hall way and the smell also gets into our rooms. So unavoidable second hand smoke! There are countless drain flies!!! They are everywhere and it’s def from the shower area because these are literally flying around me when I was taking showers. Crazy The roof top must be an attraction because millions of people going up and down just for that. What this means is that you just couldn’t get on the elevators. Even when you get on, you’ll be drown in a crowd of drunk people. Couldn’t there be a way to separate hotel guests and the rooftop bar guests? On our last day when I thought it’s finally over, people poured drinks down onto our car parked in front of the hotel. I don’t know which floor it came from, but must be high up there from some room. Some staff are friendly which we appreciate, but some obviously don’t like the fact that we are minorities and you can feel the microaggression sometimes :( Not worth it.
First of all the locations phenomenal. Right in the middle of Brickell with an unlimited amount of awesome for eating and bar nights. This is my second time name due to my work trip and the service is beyond my expectation. To start the very first day, I was way too early to check in, But being in a rush to get to a meeting, They accommodated the shower and allowed me to get ready and show up fresh versus right from the airplane. That was a very nice gesture, and I really appreciate them allowing me to freshen up before my check in. Secondly, the lounge bar service was really nice. They have a good selection of drinks and coffee without having to go out out. A server by the name of Iris Was super nice And quite frankly made me the best coffee I’ve ever had. She remembered my order I was super delightful Every time I showed up in the morning. I apologize for not catching the name, but there was one person that helped me with my luggage, Big Dude, He was super nice and very friendly And helpful as well. Everyone was very nice honestly. Look forward to staying there again. This is my favorite spot of Miami so far.
Even though I haven’t visited this hotel yet, I’m already very impressed by it. The place looks absolutely amazing, elegant, clean, and very welcoming. The atmosphere seems peaceful and comfortable, and the service appears to be professional and friendly. From the photos and reviews, everything looks perfect and well organized. It truly seems like a wonderful place to stay, and I hope to visit it soon. Highly recommended!
