Great location, but a bit noisey with our room directly beside a restaraunt that had loud music until after Midnight every night. Thats the good - Stayed three nights, room didn't get serviced for the entire stay. Drink vending machine - Out of order Ice Machine - out of order (Not sure why we had an ice bucket in our room, there wasn't any glasses or cups in the room at all) Lift - out of order We will never stay here again, I am dissapointed that this hotel was on Qantas Hotels web site
I have stayed at this hotel many times, it is a boutique old school hotel, so some of the bad reviews are from people assuming there's elevators or other my modern features, but this is a very old hotel, but that being said that doesn't mean it is a bad hotel. I love the vintage aspect of it, it is very clean, the beds are super comfortable. The staff is always friendly. It has a great feeling to it. I can't wait to stay here again.
