I joined as a member and have taken part in various events. So far I am not sure I will stay. It is very disorganized and staff are constantly changing, which is always a red flag. The music is too loud to have a conversation on the new roof terrace. At the 2 year anniversary party, we had geriatric home style entertainment and it took 30 minutes for the two adjacent bars to decide who would make me a classic vodka martini. As they were utterly overwhelmed I had to go downstairs to Torno Subito and paid for my perfectly made drink. Lastly most recently, at a World Cup viewing event, I was told that spaces were set aside for reservations where I informed in response that I had in fact reserved. The clueless hostess ran off in search of her manager and I never saw her again. My friend ordered a drink and 30 minutes later she got hers. Food was sub parr, wait staff running around like headless chickens, floor managers yelling at wait staff and oh no speakers were set up to actually be able to listen to game commentary. I asked our very kind waiter why it was so disorganized as this was not their first viewing event. The reply was that the previous events had not been as highly visited. Perhaps management can take their heads out of the sand and occasionally pay attention to what’s happening in the world because it was common knowledge that this particular game was one of the most sought after tickets in FiFa history and South Florida is heavily populated with one of the teams countrymen. Just terrible and I’m regretting the 10k I have spent to “belong” to this mess.
I had an incredible experience at The Moore in Miami, and a big part of that was thanks to Janina. From the moment I arrived, she made everything feel effortless and welcoming. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth elevated the entire experience. She anticipated needs before I even had to ask and made me feel like a valued guest, not just another reservation. The Moore is already a beautiful and impressive property, but people like Janina are what truly make it special. She went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. I’ll absolutely be back—and I hope Janina is there when I return.
We enjoyed absolutely everything about our stay at the Moore. The hotel is incredibly beautiful. The art collection, the finishes, the decor, every detail was perfectly designed. The service was amazing. The food and drinks were outstanding. The location was excellent. So many great shops and restaurants in the design district. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.
