The best boutique experience! Lobby and rooms are gorgeous. You are surrounded by real tropical plants. They offer great amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas, private beach a block away, a golf cart that will take your 1 mile from the hotel. Their restaurant is amazing, we ate breakfast everyday and got dinner once which was very high quality. Pool is perfect and had a good amount of beach chairs for everyone. Downside was towel access, some chairs had fresh towels for use other times we needed to ask the front desk for towels. There was also no where to place used towels so we ended up bringing them back to the room or leaving the on the floor near the pool. Staff is really friendly. We saw a lot of the same workers each day, it honestly felt like the white lotus. Would recommend!
We had an incredible experience here. Amazing service, food, and thoughtfulness. Everything you need for the beach in the room, including an umbrella for the downpours out here. They have a golf cart that takes you to the beach and anywhere else within a mile of the hotel. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Had a fantastic stay! The overall ambience of the hotel was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax. The room decor was beautifully done and added a touch of elegance to the experience. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout, which made the stay even more comfortable. The service truly stood out — staff were attentive, courteous, and ensured everything was taken care of seamlessly. Overall, a top-notch experience and would definitely love to stay here again.
Service was top notch, the men who greeted us upon arrival were the best, and was happy to see them again the following evening. The day time hostess was alright, but not as friendly. The restaurant was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, the pool side bar and bar tender were wonderful. The water was like bath water, so nice to swim in. The elevator only worked upon arrival, but the stairs weren't horrible to get up and down. The shower was spacious and had nice water pressure. We didn't use the bar supplied in the room but it had a nice selection. We picked this hotel because it felt like what you expect in Miami. It is unique and the vibe is exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be back!
This is a very well appointed boutique hotel. Positives: the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful. The food from the pool bar and restaurant was very good. It was great to have a cafe on site that made excellent lattes. The beach was a short walk and we had complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. Negatives:The rooms are lovely but small. We were attending a black tie wedding and there was no place to hang formal dresses. My nieces room had no full length mirror. Valet parking was expensive. Unfortunately on our last night/day there the elevator was out of order. We had to lug all our bags down to the lobby from the 3rd floor. Over all we would recommend this lovely hotel.
