I’ve had an amazing experience at SWEAT440! The concept of classes starting every 10 minutes is incredibly convenient and makes it easy to fit a workout into any schedule. Every class is different, so you never get bored, and the variety of functional exercises keeps things fun and challenging. The energy is great, and the facility is always clean and well organized. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and flexible workout!

I’ve tried a lot of workout classes over the years, and Sweat440 Coconut Grove is one of my favorites. Great workouts, great coaches, and a really friendly environment. Everyone is encouraging, the studio is always clean, and the manager is great! It’s the kind of place that makes you actually want to keep coming back.
Love Sweat 440 in the Grove! It is such a great work out, always different. All the coaches are so helpful, they make you work! Even with just 40 minutes, you are always burned out at the end. The studio is clean, as are the restrooms. Sandra is very kind and friendly. Highly recommend trying it out if you haven’t yet.
Love working out at Sweat in Coconut! Andrés, Gina & Sandra are amazing — super professional, and the coaches are really attentive and supportive. The studio has such a good vibe, and the people are so nice and welcoming. It’s a great place to train and feel motivated every time! 💪
