We booked a session for four of us to celebrate a friend’s birthday and this was my second time visiting. The communication and booking process were smooth and easy, which I appreciated. However, once we arrived, the experience felt rushed. There was no introduction or explanation of the service—just paperwork to fill out and then straight to lying down. The rooms felt small for a couple’s massage, and you could tell the therapists were struggling with the limited space. At the end, they did offer champagne, and we were able to toast to the birthday, which was a nice touch. Overall, the experience was okay, but it didn’t feel relaxing or special, and it fell short of what we expected
I had an appointment for 10:30 am, I was running late and they helped me out and changed the appointment time for me. We arrived, smell amazing, cozy, relaxing, day spa massage for 1:20 min. Silvia nd Shanon are amazing, lovely. Definitely I will be coming back!!!
