My stay at the spa has been nothing short of exceptional. Alba Lozano, Anueska, and Axel each brought their own touch of warmth and professionalism that made every moment feel intentional. Alba’s attention to detail, Anueska’s calming presence, and Axel’s genuine care created an experience that felt both luxurious and personal. I left feeling restored, cared for, and truly impressed by the level of service.
Daniela and her team were great! Amazing hospitality, very friendly and welcoming. I got a swedish massage with Enrique which was very relaxing. Loved being able to access the sauna, steam room, and cold plunge all in one area. The hot tub was down today so that was the only con but I still had a great experience. Space is super clean and has various amenities.
I had such a great experience at the Eden Roc Spa! The atmosphere was super relaxing, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my treatment was exactly what I needed. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and luxurious without being over the top. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing spa day in Miami Beach.
My friend and I had such a great day at Esencia Wellness Spa at Eden Roc Miami Beach! Front desk service from Keke was excellent, and Adrianna (Jolie) gave us an amazing tour that made us feel welcomed and helped us get acclimated to the facilities. I also had a wonderful Swedish massage, although I unfortunately can't remember my massage therapist's name. The experience was relaxing, luxurious, and definitely worth it. I will absolutely be back!
Booked a massage for my parents and I for my birthday. Alex helped me with scheduling on the phone and was very friendly and informative about their services. When we got to the spa the staff at the front were all very welcoming and friendly. We were then introduced to Osvaldo, he took care of us the rest of the day. He was amazing!!! He made our experience so memorable, he was kind, attentive, and detail oriented. Yuris did my massage, she was wonderful! The best massage I have ever had, all the tension from my shoulders was gone, my entire body felt so loose and relaxed in the best way. Yuris is very professional and knows what she’s doing. We had such an amazing time, we will definitely be returning and recommending this spa to our family and friends.
