The photos definitely set my expectations high, and I was excited to try this place. The nachos were decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The burger looked well made and seemed to use quality ingredients, but the flavor just didn’t come together the way I expected. The highlight of my visit was the service. The young man behind the counter was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. Great customer service like that deserves recognition. I’d come back and give it another try because of the service alone.
Definitely the best burgers in South Florida! They offer a great variety of burgers to suit every taste. The beef is perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of flavor. Their buns are homemade, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, and the restaurant is clean, welcoming, and a great place to enjoy an outstanding burger. Highly recommended!
I had the Two World Champion Golden Cheeseburger, so I was really looking forward to it given all the awards and recognition La Birra Bar has received. Unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to the expectations for me. The burger was good, but honestly, I found it pretty average. It was well prepared, but nothing about the flavor or texture stood out as award-winning. The fries were also just okay and didn’t add much to the meal. I completely understand that taste is subjective, and clearly many people love this place. But after hearing so much about it and ordering one of their signature burgers, I left feeling underwhelmed. There are several burger spots in Miami that I personally enjoyed more, especially considering the price and the reputation.
When we arrived, we waited in line for about 15 minutes. It seemed that either one of the computers was not working properly or the employee assisting customers was new. The restaurant operates with a self-service concept. You place your order at the counter, receive a pager, and when it alerts you, you pick up your food. We ordered two World Champion burgers, and I have to say that even though I’m not usually a fan of burgers, I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were flavorful and well-prepared, and the loaded fries were excellent as well. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal.
