Beautiful Lebanese restaurant in the heart of Coconut Grove. The place itself is stunning, with a very elegant design and a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The food was excellent, with a great selection of Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes made for sharing. Everything we tried was flavorful, fresh and very well presented. Service was also very good: friendly, attentive and professional throughout the entire meal. Definitely one of those places where the atmosphere, food and service all work together. A great option in Coconut Grove and absolutely worth visiting. I would definitely come back.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this restaurant! Everyone was so kind, especially our server Sheina. She made us feel very comfortable and provided great recommendations. The food was extremely fresh and flavorful, and surprisingly filling! We left stuffed and still didn’t finish everything we had from the brunch. It was very authentic and I would definitely recommend this spot. Some of the best beef tenderloins we’ve ever had :)
What an incredible Father’s Day experience at Amal Miami! We enjoyed the tasting menu, and every course was absolutely phenomenal. The food was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and thoughtfully curated from start to finish. The drinks were equally impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. A special thank you to Burak, whose exceptional service truly elevated the entire experience. He was attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and made us feel welcomed throughout the evening. His hospitality turned a great meal into a memorable one. From the delicious food and drinks to the outstanding service and atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. As a family, we also appreciated how accommodating and welcoming they were with my 7 year old son, making it a great spot for both special occasions and family dining. Highly recommend Amal and be sure to ask for Burak if you have the chance. We can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We came here for an impromptu date night after seeing it when we went to Level 6 (nice rooftop bar) a few weeks earlier. Ordered the kibbeh (great) , labneh (amazing, only wish that there were more cucumbers with it; amazing combo), fattoush salad (very refreshing), prawns over a pureé (fantastic and perfectly cooked) and the lamb chops (perfectly cooked medium rare). Finished it all off with the baklava dessert option which was fantastic as well. Our server, Adriana, was great. Waters were always full, recommendations were on point, and she was very nice. We'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend you come here.
Our second Mother’s Day dinner at Amal had a rough start but ended up being a very enjoyable experience. Our reservation was for 4:00 PM, and we arrived early at 3:46 PM. We were given the option to sit at the bar or wait standing, so we waited near the host stand across from Elsa. We ended up waiting about 25–30 minutes and checked twice regarding our table status. At one point, Elsa mentioned she had been looking for us while we were standing nearby the whole time. To be fair, this is not a knock on Elsa at all. It was Mother’s Day rush hour and the restaurant was nonstop busy with customers coming in one after another. We completely understand the pressure and chaos that comes with one of the busiest dining days of the year. Once seated around 4:15 PM, the experience completely changed. Manager Luis came over personally, explained the situation, and checked on us several times throughout dinner. You could immediately tell he genuinely cared and wanted to make things right. Our waiter David was outstanding — polite, attentive, professional, and on top of everything all evening. The food was excellent across the board. Highlights included the Kibbeh Nayeh, Amal’s Hummus, Grilled Octopus, Beef Tenderloin, the Skewer Platter for Two with pistachio kebabs, tawook, and beef tenderloin, Lamb Chops, Branzino, and the Chocolate Halva Mousse dessert. The Phoenician Connection and Guava Slay cocktails were also fantastic. Despite the stressful start, the recovery by Luis, excellent service from David, and outstanding food completely turned the evening around. Overall, we truly enjoyed our Mother’s Day dinner with the family.
