I had a very disappointing experience with this jet ski rental. Starting with check-in, the person I communicated with for my reservation didn’t have my name listed. Even after showing proof of my booking and receipt, she still questioned it before finally acknowledging it. That was frustrating and unprofessional right from the start. Our scheduled time was 5:00 PM, but we didn’t actually get on the jet skis until 5:40 PM. Instead of having everyone ready ahead of time, we were left waiting while others completed payments and waivers. This should have been organized before our time slot. What bothered me most was the location. Before booking, I specifically asked if the ride went through the city, as advertised on their TikTok—but it did not. Instead, we were taken to the outskirts, in the far end of the harbor, out in open water. It felt unsafe and was not what was advertised. Overall, the experience was poorly managed, misleading, and not worth the money. I would not recommend booking here—look elsewhere.
